Reservations Coordinator (maternity cover)
We are looking for a full-time Reservations Coordinator to join our team.
As the Reservations Coordinator you will supervise the reservations department in the absence of the Reservations Manager, working alongside the Sales Manager and Front Office Manager to help maximise accommodation revenue and to achieve financial targets. The Reservations Co-ordinator will manage all reservations processes, statutory requirements and resources associated with the delivery of Hope Street Hotel’s unique service delivery. You will also be assisting within Reception as and when required.
