Part time reservationist - 25 to 30 hours over 5 days

We are looking for a part time Reservationist to join our team. A good eye for detail and a passion for customer service are essential to ensure that every guest and visitor receives a personal service that is consistent and in line with Hope Street Hotel’s standards.

Previous experience within a hotel environment is essential. A good working knowledge of Opera PMS and experience in reservations are desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
