Yoga 1

Studio classes

Join our instructor, Laura, in the barre studio on Tuesdays and Fridays. The sessions are an hour long and yoga mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own. Also bring a warm blanket for meditation, if you wish. 

Classes are free for spa members and £10 for non-members. 


YOGA 

Tranquil Tuesdays | 12.30pm | one hour 
Laura will lead you through a sequence of hip and heart openers, spine strengtheners and twists that will not only work the physical body, but the mind and soul too. 
Working with the breath and chakras, this class is suitable for all abilities and will leave you feeling balanced, strong and ready to take on the rest of your week. 

Feel-good Fridays | 6pm | one hour 
Shake the week off and kick start your weekend the right way with this dynamic, energetic flow. This sequence is designed to work every muscle group, strengthening and stretching the physical body, whilst cultivating mental focus, clarity and calm. Fridays never felt so good! 

PILATES

Saturday | 10.30am 
An accessible class, meaning there are options for beginners to advanced level. You will move through classical exercises with functional movements which gives the class a contemporary feel. You can expect flowing movements, stretches and conditioning exercises. You’ll get the chance to relax towards the end of the class, so you will leave feeling challenged and invigorated.
