  1. Consultation Requirement: All bookings require a 30-minute consultation with one of our trained specialist therapists (Ashlea or Kelly) prior to the treatment.
  2. Phone Bookings Only: Treatments can only be booked via phone to ensure the consultation is completed.
  3. Eligibility: These treatments are specifically designed for guests who are medically frail, recovering from illness, or immunocompromised.
  4. Customisation: Treatments can be adapted to suit individual needs; however, changes are subject to therapist approval based on the consultation.
  5. Treatment Availability: Only the listed treatments are available under this offer.
  6. Contraindications: The AAAHH! Leg & Foot Reviver is not suitable for guests with sensitive skin or those experiencing nausea from medical treatments.
  7. Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  8. Package Options: Mini treatments can be combined into a package, but the total treatment time must be within the available session slots.
  9. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
