Barre, Yoga & Pilates Classes Liverpool - 3 People Doing Yoga and Pilates

All our sessions are held in the barre studio and last 45 minutes to one hour. Yoga mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own. You may also wish to bring a warm blanket for meditation. 


Classes are free for spa members and £10 for non-members. 

Monday
Military Monday with Cal - Full Body | 6.30pm | 45 minutes
Military HIIT pushes your limits with full-body, high-intensity intervals built to challenge both your body and your mind. You’ll build strength, stamina and the mental toughness to keep driving forward when it gets hard. 

Tuesday
Yoga with Laura Tranquil |10am | one hour
This class includes guided meditations, chakra focus and a Yin Yang flow - leaving you energised, grounded and ready to take on the week!

Pilates with Nicole | 6pm | one hour
Pilates is more than a workout - it’s a movement practice that builds strength, mobility and control from the inside out. Feel stronger, move better and live with greater ease.

Wednesday
Barre with Cal - Upper and Lower Body | 6.30pm | 45 minutes 
Strength, tone, and sculpt your upper body in this focused barre class that delivers targeted, low-impact exercises to challenge your arms, shoulders, back and core.

Thursday
Move with Cal | 9.30am | 45 minutes 
Improve your full-body mobility and flexibility in this 45-minute session to help ease tight muscles and increase your natural range of motion.

Friday
Yoga with Laura - Feel-good Fridays | 6pm | one hour
Shake the week off and kick start your weekend the right way with this dynamic and energetic flow. Fridays never felt so good.

Saturday
Power Barre with Cal | 8.30am | 45 mins
A high-energy fusion of ballet-inspired movement, strength training and cardio bursts designed to tone and energise your whole body. 

Pilates with Nicole | 10.30am | one hour
Pilates is more than a workout - it’s a movement practice that builds strength, mobility and control from the inside out. Feel stronger, move better and live with greater ease.

Sunday
