Following Government advice, guests are no longer required to wear face masks. If you would like to continue to wear a face mask, you are welcome to do so.
Our team members will no longer wear face coverings and PPE in public areas unless they would personally like to do so. Our spa therapists will be happy to wear a face covering on request during treatments.
Our public spaces are thoroughly cleaned throughout the day, focusing on high contact surfaces - using COVID-specific anti-viral products.
Hand sanitisers will remain throughout the hotel.
We continue to keep all areas airy and fresh with open doors and windows wherever possible.
To help minimise your time at check-in, we can email your registration form for you to complete at home.
We can arrange for you to pay for your room using a payment link in advance - let us know if you would prefer this.
We have contactless chip and pin machines which support Apple Pay and Google Pay to pay any value contactless using your mobile. Other contactless card payments will be limited to £100 but you are able to make larger payments as usual by chip and pin method.
Our housekeepers use anti-viral cleaning products, with extra attention given to bathroom fixtures and room amenities.
Hotel information can be found on our website, on your in-room TV and we are always at the end of the phone.
You have the option for an Express check out - we can email you a copy of your bill in the morning and you can reply to accept charges and leave your key in the room on departure. Otherwise, come and say goodbye and leave your key with reception.
As guidance changes, we will immediately introduce any new measures required by the UK Government.
